WHO WE ARE

We founded Compleat PM with the belief that successful training is much more than reading slides and memorising the "right" answers.  The results should include skill development and a demonstrable understanding of the topic that can only be delivered by someone with a  true depth of knowledge and experience.   Our vision is to be more than training centre with long course lists - we want to focus on passing-on what we really know - developing project managers and boosting careers with the most relevant and rewarding knowledge and delivery skills.

We are project managers and have been for decades - delivering projects worth millions of pounds in IT, education, and broadcasting (to name a few!) across both public and private sectors.  We have put the knowledge and approaches defined by the APM, PMI, Prince2, and Agile into practice, and learned the lessons of real-world projects along the way.   Our careers have taken us around the world, living and working in the Middle East, across the USA and Europe, and, of course, here in the UK.

We personally develop Compleat PM's training and materials, incorporating the approach, content, and tips that we know work from the experience of training hundreds of project managers, teams members, and executives.  We deliver the skills to make you a Compleat PM with a more rewarding career that can take you anywhere!
